London Fashion Week Sunday started bright and early with Margaret Howell’s Wigmore street show. Military inspired with a jaunty, outdoorsy feel it was the perfect way to kick off the day.
Tam o’ Shanters, vintage style military tailoring and lots of greys and navy make me a very happy bunny indeed.
Mad props to Topshop and Mulberry for leading the way where LFW snacks are concerned, yum yum!
Military colours also ruled the roost for Topshop Unique as they debuted a surprisingly mature and sober collection which was in sharp contrast to the eclectic Cleopatra-buffalo girl show last season. Unique is usually the fun collection that gets everyone tweeting and talking but it’s clear with Kate Phelan behind the wheel novelty is out, for this season at least. I’m making gooey eyes at the maxi sleeveless biker jacket.
I wore a multi spotted outfit and a tired expression on Sunday, think I nearly lost my mind from lack of sleep that day!
