Having a between brunch and dinner hunger pang, heightened by the dull pain of a gin hangover, I decided to make some dang quesadillas, much more excited than your common cheese toastie. Hands up who can think of a quesadilla without saying ‘make yourself a dang quesadilla!’ from Napoleon Dynamite. I know it’s lame but [...] Still on a domestic tip, I’m loving the pics of Daisy de Villeneuve’s flat in Marylebon-bon (excuse the insanity, it’s been a long week). Fresh and bright kind like my Miami poster-love, it confirms what I need is white walls with bright colourful trinkets, especially yellow. Really like the felt-tipped chest of drawers, it’s something [...] Here’s comes a slightly shabby post courtesy of lunchtime blogging (don’t even talk to me about WEP codes) and my 5-yr old Shitcam©, but please look past the dog-earedness and learn to love. Whiteley’s held an event last night to launch their POP stores, quirky little boutiques with a nicely impermanent feel. Apparently Alice Dellal [...] New laptop, hi 2004! Was all ready to update but instead I did the internet equivalent of going for a deep pan pizza washed down with White Ace before pigging out on Haribo and falling asleep on the couch. Oops. Haven’t done my homework but I did find you a pretty video, revisiting an old [...] There’s nothing as cosy as having a clean house, new sheets on the beds and a chicken roasting in the oven on a Sunday night. A roast is a lovely way to end/start the week, but if you really get into all the trimings as I usually do it becomes a bit of a stodgefest [...] I’ve tied up all my loose ends, got through my to-do list and was one step away from emailing my boss my national insurance number JUST IN CASE. Yes I’m on holiday about to ransack Whitstable’s charity shops and eat my weight in oysters. Oh and there’s talk of bingo. Just as a sweetener, here are [...] I’m excited about SS10, mostly to get out of winter clothes but also because I’m in love with a lot of the trends. ’90s, frenchy, clear pastels, nudes/beiges it’s all a winner for me. As soon as this hit the press room at work I had my eye on it, and apparently it’s only £20?! [...] Tie-dye, peep toe boots with bows on. Is there anything not to love about these shoes? Amazing, I’m lost for words.
