What’s the statute of limitation on ‘It’ items? I’ve finally started regularly wearing my Whistles Carrie skirt about a year and a half after I first bought it. It’s all spurred on by how it matches my new trainers which are pleasingly and ridiculously luminous. This is a sneaky few outtake pics from [...] I’m starting to slog through some of the mammoth recaps from my holiday, here’s a little light one for you from sunny beautiful Mexico. It was so unreal to lounge around on empty white sand beaches, total paradise experience. I get a kick out of trying lots of different beauty products on holiday, you hardly bother with makeup which makes a nice change. It’s refreshing to get out of your everyday routine, from work to beauty to outfits. I did end up wearing my 60s floral shorts pretty much every day with a variety of tiny tops for maximum tannage. Also, who knew a margharita straw makes a perfect snorkel?
Whistles and Cowshed have teamed up with a limited edition range to mark the launch of Whistles’ first swimwear collection. Four cult Cowshed products have been given a makeover with Whistles’ ‘Love’ print, or as Cowshed would have it ‘Hoof’ print. I’ve found myself dressing a little more grown up recently, not sure where its come from but I’m enjoying dressing slightly less girlishly and a bit more womanly. At 27 I’m definitely not a girl, and enjoy all the trappings of not being a girl, like confidence, independence, and being able to make a place for myself in the world.  |
